Author Guidelines

The authors ensure that they have submitted original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal is considered as an unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable.

Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work.

When an author founds error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author’s obligation to notify the Conference Director (Chairman of Organizing or Scientific Committee) and cooperate with him to retract or correct the paper.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file on Tran2013 template is prepared.
  3. The submission file (full manuscript text) in Lithuanian, English or Russian is prepared.
  4. The paper is of the right length - 4-5 p.
  5. The participant fee (20 EUR or 70 LT) should be paid after manuscript acceptance.
